Not at all. Whether you're a full-time caregiver, a devoted family member helping from a distance, or someone temporarily stepping in during a health crisis, our services are designed to support you. Caregiving doesn’t come with one definition—and neither does burnout. If you need a break, we’re here.
Who are your Respite and Wellness Providers?
Our Respite and Wellness Providers are experienced professionals—many with nursing backgrounds—who are passionate about holistic, dignified care. Beyond clinical training, they are selected for their compassion, emotional intelligence, and dedication to wellness. Each provider is carefully vetted and aligned with KRT Rebirth’s mission to restore caregivers and honour those receiving care.
How do your wellness add-ons work?
Think of our wellness add-ons as soul-nourishing extras designed to uplift both the caregiver and the care recipient. From curated playlists and aromatherapy setups to restorative hand massages and personalized self-care baskets, these extras are intentionally designed to soothe, celebrate, and replenish.
Can I purchase services as a gift for someone else?
Yes! You can purchase care hours or wellness bundles as a meaningful and impactful gift. Whether it's for a birthday, milestone, or “just because,” giving the gift of rest and support says, “I see you, and you matter.”
What types of respite care do you offer?
KRT Rebirth offers flexible, in-home respite care tailored to your lifestyle and your loved one’s needs—whether that means a few hours of support, full-day coverage, or multiple consecutive days. Services may include personal care, companionship, medication reminders, and optional wellness enhancements like music therapy, foot care, or restorative massage. Every service plan is thoughtfully co-created with you after your respite request is approved, ensuring it reflects your values and priorities.

While not all providers offer clinical interventions, we have team members with the appropriate training and experience for complex care. Will the same provider come each time?
We understand how unsettling it can be to have a constant rotation of unfamiliar faces. At KRT Rebirth, we prioritize continuity of care whenever possible—because trust is built through connection. While availability may vary, we do our best to assign a familiar provider for each booking or series of bookings. Our goal is to create a sense of comfort, safety, and familiarity for your loved one—and peace of mind for you.
